Finding Your Building
JBR's 40 towers are grouped into six clusters with similar names, and most buildings have their own lobby security. In the booking notes, give the cluster (for example Bahar 4 or Murjan 2), your flat number, and which side of The Walk the entrance faces. That saves the therapist walking between lobbies in the heat.
Beach Days and Massage
- Sunburn: skip massage on burnt skin. Book for a day or two later.
- Salt and sand: shower before the session so the oil can work properly.
- Heat: drink water before and after, especially in summer.
- Training: after a hard swim or run, wait until the evening or the next day for a sports massage.
